What do you all do to keep your gymnasts healthy? My daughter was sick last meet season from January through March. She had strep throat , pneumonia, and an ongoing double ear infection. We finally got her off antibiotics for a couple months. She is taking a probiotic and a multivitamin. Now that they are back in school I am starting to get paranoid, as strep is already going around

Have your kids vitamin C&D Checked . Gymnast usually are deficient as well as kid that do indoor sports.
Vitamins and Young Living Oils. During high flu/cold season we us an immunity roller I made and diffuse oils to help keep her immune system up.
Doterra supplements, probiotic and OnGuard oil everyday. It stops germs.
We extensively use dōTERRA supplements and essential oils to boost our immune systems and support our bodies when we are exposed to illness. Our family of 10 has only had 3 sick visits in the past 4 years since using our oils and supplements!
Big DōTERRA user here too... On Guard and Frankincense along the spine for prevention. "Flu Bomb" cuts sick time down if she does catch something (a mixture of Melaleuca, Oregano, On Guard and Lemon with Fractionated Coconut oil). She also takes vitamins, omegas and probiotics.
