Meet information and ratings
Meet dates, locations and details change frequently. Always confirm details on the official meet website before making travel plans. The Mama's Rating reflects the personal opinions and experiences of gymnastics parents and is not an official assessment of any meet, gym or host.

Nothing on this site is medical, nutritional, coaching or legal advice. Gymnastics carries risk of injury. Always consult a qualified doctor, physical therapist or coach before acting on anything you read here.
Submitted content
When you send us a nomination, senior spotlight, photo, meet submission or listing request, you confirm you have the right to share it and you give us permission to publish it on this site and our social channels. We may edit submissions for length and clarity, and we may decline to publish anything.
Children's privacy
We publish gymnast features only when a parent or guardian submits them. If you would like a feature, photo or name removed at any time, email us and we will take it down.
Privacy
We collect only the information you choose to send us, such as your email address and anything included in a submission. We do not sell your information.
